Yearly Service Agreement
Service agreement for $300 a year includes 3 visits of preventative maintenance done to each residential ac unit ( we clean both inside and outside coils , flush and or vacuum out drainlines to prevent gunk from clogging them , we do a full report after a 21 point inspection, we replace filter provided by customer, and if needed we include 1 pound of refrigerant at no extra charge ). If customer purchases a preventative maintenance agreement they become part of our elite customer program they get expedited priority service calls and service call is free during regular business hours Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm ( regular service call price on residential is $80).
For preventative maintenance agreements on commercial equipment appointment must be made.
