Thank you for coming out so late. I took a chance off the reviews and was not disappointed. I got the UV light to kill the germs having dogs, great work cleaned my ducts and the coil was so dirty. Honest people, too.

We talked to the tech in the AM, he told us a time, and was at our home at that time…so He was very reliable. Jason, our tech, was very knowledgeable and professional in the service of our AC unit. He fix the problem within 45 minutes. At a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company.

I give 10 STARS! I've have only good things to say about my tech from CoolMoon. My a/c went out last night, I called Easy AC this morning and Jason Luna was here in about 35 minutes to save my day. Can't beat that service! He got my old unit up and running so I won't have to spend another night in 88 degrees! And they'll be back early tomorrow morning to put in my new Carrier! I already knew I needed a new unit and Jason verified that for me. They're going to redo my air handler setup (it's inefficient and I knew that too) and redo the pad the AC unit sits on outside. The price is great for the new Carrier unit and I couldn't be happier. Jason explained the problems my old unit had, explained the new system and what needed to be done for even better efficiency and got everything set up quickly. AC customer for life for CoolMoon! I finally found a company who is truthful and fair and values customer service!

I had an old air conditioning unit that finally gave up the ghost. Edwin from Coolmoon A/C came within an hour or so of my call checked things out and gave me a very good price on a new Carrier unit. They were prepared to make the installation the very next day. It would have been on a Sunday, and we were going to be busy that day. They came promptly on Monday morning, and the installers worked long and hard doing a very nice job of getting our house cool and livable once more.

Coolmoon is a very reliable professional company. We had major issues with our AC unit & in the end we decided to purchase a new one. Jason had one of his staff with us within a few hours & they stayed until after midnight on a Friday night to install. Jason followed up on Saturday to see how things were we had a few teething issues he was with us in less than an hour to sort out. With so many repair shops to choose from, we thankfully hit the jackpot. Our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. Mind you, we live in Miami so this is not good news. CoolMoon A/C helped me out when my AC stopped holding freeon. My unit had to be replaced. I bid with a few companies and CoolMoon was the most cost efficient and the quickest too. It was also on a weekend. Very professional and responsive. I recommend them if you want to save time and money.
